Dermal Fillers Treatments dermaclinic

Dermal fillers Treatment at Dermaesthetics Clinic

Dermal fillers are a popular option at our clinic for smoothing fine lines, and reversing facial volume loss. At Dermaesthetics Clinic we aim for a natural, almost soft, airbrushed appearance that result in a refreshed and rejuvenated appearance.

CHEEK FILLERS

Dermal fillers and collagen-stimulating treatments are a popular alternative to Invasive Cosmetic surgical procedures. In the cheek, they restore volume back to your cheeks, creating more aesthetically pleasing youthful facial curves, and a natural, softer contoured
shape.
Normal ageing involves loss of dermal volume, resulting in a sagging or drooping appearance of the facial tissues. Cheek augmentation with dermal fillers are carried out at Dermaesthetics Clinic, which will achieve restoration of this lost volume, providing a Non- surgical face-lift.

FAQ’S

At Dermaesthetics Clinic we only use the safest, most effective FDA-approved, naturally biodegradable dermal fillers. These hyaluronic acid fillers closely mimic the natural hyaluronic acid in our skin. They are injected deep within the tissues, for superior lift and sculpting possibilities to revalorise cheeks as well as hydrate the skin. We also use Ellanse-a collagen stimulator as an injectable treatment. This is a Poly-L-lacticacid (PLA), which occurs naturally, and is sometimes referred to as a ‘Liquid Facelift’. It has been specially developed to stimulate the body’s own production of collagen to replace lost collagen and replenish volume in the face over time, with subtle and natural results.

They can be used most effectively and naturally to restore areas of lost volume in the mid-face that occurs as we age, which often contributes to sagging and jowling. We use Cheek dermal fillers which contain local Anaesthetic-Lidocaine.Anatomical and precise placement of filler can lift and support the face naturally, redefining the cheeks and adding support where it is needed most. It serves to also reduce jowling and sagging of the lower face. Nasolabial lines and marionette lines can also be treated together with the cheeks to generate a lifting effect, commonly known as the Y-Lift.

Different facial fillers achieve different outcomes. At your initial consultation with our qualified medical practitioners, we will l discuss a personalised treatment plan that’s tailored to you. In order to balance your features further, we can:  Improve the periorbital area  Reduce jowling and marionette by Mid-face volumisation.  Soften moderate lines in your mouth to chin area and from your nose to lip corners  Define or enhance lips, subtly and naturally  Define the jawline by Chin enhancement.

With dermal fillers, you should be able to notice the difference immediately as a non-surgical lift. Collagen injections work to replace lost collagen and replenish volume in the face over time, with subtle and natural results achieved over several sessions.

Dermal fillers are Non-permanent and will break down over time depending on the area treated, so further treatment may be required to maintain your natural, understated appearance. Most dermal fillers specifically for the Cheeks can last 12-18 months. Results from a collagen stimulation treatment can last up to two years.

Dermal filler treatments (HA-Based) are extremely safe and effective when injected properly, resulting in the most natural of Aesthetic Transformations... The poly-L-lactic acidin collagen injections is biocompatible, fully absorbable, and successfully proven in a number of medical and pharmaceutical fields. Neither form of treatment requires allergy testing.

Dermal filler treatment usually takes approximately 30 minutes, while collagen injection treatment takes about 30-45 minutes. There is little to no downtime and you can resume normal activities right away.

Lip Fillers

We tend to associate plump and defined lips with youthfulness. Our lips are at their fullest in our 20s. We know that as we age, the composition of our lips and surrounding structures thins as part of the natural ageing process. This can cause thinning of the lips with
associated Sometimes the lips can be asymmetry.
From between the ages of 30-40, factors such as sun damage (photodamage) gravity, genetics and smoking play a role, leading to a sad-mouthed or drooping appearance. Lipstick bleed lines and a flattened cupid’s bow will also culminate in a mouth that looks less
defined.

FAQ’S

At Dermaesthetics Clinic we can offer Lip filler augmentation for the following indications  Softening lipstick bleed lines by enhancing the edge of your lips  Smoothing vertical lip lines, again by enhancing the edge of your lips  Creating a natural lip contour through restoring or enhancing volume in the body of your lip  Lifting the edges of your lips to restore their youthful position  Improving the philtrum column definition of your upper lip for a lovely cupid’s bow  Treating the marionette area underneath your mouth to provide support to the lip, help improve shadows in the area and your lower face profile contour.

The whole process takes just a few minutes and ice can be applied afterwards to reduce any slight swelling. You should notice results right away, with optimum results seen 5-7 days after treatment once any potential light swelling has ceased.

Lip enhancements treatments last 9-12 months
